After making the payment, submit the completed and signed Admission Acceptance Form that was included with your Offer of Admission.

📌 How to submit your form:

• Option 1: Deliver a hard copy in person to the school's admission officer.
• Option 2: Scan and email it to admissions@grundtvigsecondary.com.

Once we receive your completed Admission Acceptance Form, we will issue the following documents to help you prepare for resumption:

📌 Form of Admission: To be completed and submitted upon resumption.
📌 Medical Certificate of Fitness Proforma: To be submitted to the school's Medical Centre upon resumption.
📌 Checklist of Required Items: Students must procure essential items before resumption.
