Grundtvig International Secondary School has reached yet another academic milestone. We are proud to announce the outstanding performance of our students at the American Mathematics Olympiad (AMO), a globally respected competition organised by Southern Illinois University (SIU) and the Singapore International Mastery Contest Centre (SIMCC). This year’s AMO attracted tens of thousands of participants from about 40 countries worldwide, making it a truly international contest.
GOLD STANDARD: TOP IN NIGERIA
A brilliant achievement. ENECHUKWU VICTOR (Grade 9) emerged not only as a Gold Medalist, but also as the Top Scorer in Nigeria for his grade. By excelling in this rigorous assessment aligned with U.S. Common Core Standards, Victor has affirmed that Grundtvig students can compete and win at the highest global level.
