We are deeply honoured by the recognition accorded to our student, Michael Offorkile, by His Excellency, Dr Alex Otti, OFR, Governor of Abia State.

Yesterday, 20 July 2026, Governor Otti received and honoured Michael, an Abia State indigene who achieved the 5TH HIGHEST UTME SCORE IN NIGERIA in the 2026 JAMB UTME with an outstanding 367.

The Governor commended Michael’s exceptional achievement, pledged to support his university education, and reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to rewarding excellence.

During the visit, our Principal, on behalf of the school, presented His Excellency with a deluxe copy of the Grundtvig International Secondary School Class of 2026 Yearbook.

We sincerely thank Governor Otti for celebrating excellence and congratulate Michael on this remarkable achievement.
